Project Information
We are currently delivering HUNDAL DRYLINING’s largest project to date, for one of the country’s largest housing providers, The Guinness Partnership. The scheme will deliver 87 residential apartments; with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom properties, located at Haydon Gardens, Aldgate.
The scheme will draw upon our logistic capabilities to manage the delivery of the scheme with little to no lay down space. A sustainable scheme, we have advised on the energy strategy which will ensure the scheme is run solely on electricity. This will bring a number of environmental benefits along with money saving initiatives for our client.
